Legs are the zone where the razor gets old fastest: a few days later the skin is stubbly again, and the shins get ingrown hairs. After sugaring you won't need a razor for 3–4 weeks, and the hair grows back finer and sparser every time.
Legs to the knees — the lower legs, knees included. Full legs — to the knees and above the knees together: if the hair above the knees is fine and barely visible, to the knees is often enough.
Fresh sheet, fresh glovesThe sheet is single-use, the specialist puts on gloves in front of you, and the paste is fresh too. The skin is cleansed and dried — that way the paste holds the hair firmly.
Sugar paste — by handThe specialist applies room-temperature paste by hand and removes the hair in the direction of growth, root and all — section by section: first to the knees, then above. That way the hair doesn't break and is less likely to grow in.
A clean finishThe paste dissolves in water, so what's left simply rinses off — nothing sticky stays behind. Any redness fades in 15–20 minutes, and you can walk straight out in a dress.
Instead of the razor
Why sugaring, not shaving
Say goodbye to stubble —
and ingrown hairs ♡
A razor cuts the hair at the skin's surface — so in a few days the skin is stubbly again, and the shins get ingrown hairs and irritation. Sugar paste takes the hair out by the root, in the direction of growth: the hair doesn't break, and there are far fewer ingrown hairs.
The result — smooth legs for 3–4 weeks, no stubble. The paste also works as a light peel, so the skin stays not just smooth but soft.
With every visit the hair grows back finer and sparser — and the procedure gets easier. Light and gray hair comes out by the root just like dark hair.
Before your visit
The main thing — don't shave
10–14 days of patience —
then 3–4 weeks of peace ♡
10–14 days should pass since your last shave — the hair is then 0.3–0.5 cm long and the paste holds it well. Longer? Come as you are — the specialist will sort it out on the spot.
On the morning of your visit, no cream or oil on your legs — on dry skin the paste holds the hair better.
It's fine during your period, and during pregnancy too; if in doubt, ask your doctor first.
After the procedure
To keep the skin smooth longer
Every next visit —
easier ♡
That day, wear something loose: a dress or wide pants. Tight jeans from tomorrow.
Sauna, tanning bed and workouts — also from tomorrow. Today the skin needs a rest.
After 2–3 days — a gentle scrub twice a week: on the shins, that's the simplest protection against ingrown hairs.
The next visit — in 3–4 weeks, when the hair has grown back to 0.3–0.5 cm. Don't shave in between, or everything starts over.
0.3–0.5 cm is enough — so don't shave for 10–14 days before the visit; the paste can't grip shorter hair. Longer is no problem: the specialist will sort it out on the spot.
Is it OK in summer, in the sun?
Sugaring is fine in summer and on tanned skin too — that's where it differs from laser. Just skip the tanning bed and long sunbathing on the day of the treatment; from the next day, the beach is yours.
Does leg sugaring hurt?
Legs are one of the least sensitive zones. The first time you'll feel it a little, on later visits far less: the hair gets finer each time and the paste takes it more easily.
