Since 2010 we have seen more than 27,000 clients, and as a rule the same questions come up. We have sorted the answers into four groups: before the visit, during the treatment, after the treatment, prices and booking.
0.3–0.5 cm is enough — so don't shave for 10–14 days before the visit; the paste can't grip shorter hair. Longer is no problem: the specialist will sort it out on the spot.
Don't put cream, oil or lotion on the skin — they leave a film and the paste can't grip the hair properly. Coming for underarms? Skip deodorant that morning too. Otherwise — an ordinary day.
Yes, your period is no obstacle — arms, legs, face and underarms are done as usual, and deep bikini with a tampon. Sensitivity is slightly higher on those days, so if you're not in a hurry, move the visit by a few days.
Yes, sugaring is fine during pregnancy — the paste is made of natural ingredients (sugar, lemon, water), is at room temperature and doesn't burn the skin. We'll find you a comfortable position, start with a small zone if you wish, and take breaks.
There's no age limit — sugaring is safe for teenagers too. Under 16, come with a parent: the booking goes in the parent's name and phone number, and in the comment say you're coming with a parent.
Yes — exactly as on dark hair. Sugar paste takes the hair from the root, and color makes no difference; a laser, on the other hand, can't see light or gray hair.

Everyone feels it differently: the first time is a little sensitive, especially in the bikini zone. The paste doesn't burn and takes the hair in the direction it grows, so the sensation is brief and bearable. With every next visit the hair grows back finer and the treatment gets easier.
It depends on the zone: underarms — 5–10 minutes, full legs — half an hour, the whole body — about an hour.
Sugar, water and lemon — nothing else. The paste is at room temperature and is spread on the skin by hand, so a burn is out of the question. It also lifts dead cells off the skin — like a light peel.
Yes: the paste, the gloves, the sheet on the couch — everything is single-use and fresh for every client.
Sugar paste is spread by hand and removed by hand — in exactly the direction the hair grows. That's why the hair comes out from the root, doesn't break and doesn't stay under the skin. Spatulas and strips belong to wax — we don't use them here.
It may redden slightly — that's a normal skin reaction, and it passes in 15–20 minutes.
The skin stays smooth for 3–4 weeks, and with every next visit the hair grows back thinner and sparser.
Usually in 3–4 weeks — as soon as the hair reaches 0.3–0.5 cm again. Don't shave in between: that way the hair grows evenly and every next visit is easier.
The first day — no sauna, tanning bed or intense sport: the skin needs a little rest. After underarms, deodorant only 24 hours later. From the next day, everything as usual.
Sugaring is fine in summer and on tanned skin too — that's where it differs from laser. Just skip the tanning bed and long sunbathing on the day of the treatment; from the next day, the beach is yours.
