Three steps — and you're done
- On the couchA fresh single-use sheet is waiting on the couch, and the specialist puts on fresh gloves in front of you. For the back and buttocks you lie face down, for the belly and chest — on your back; we'll find the position together so you're comfortable.
- Paste by handSugar paste is at room temperature and doesn't burn — even on your back, where you can't see anything, you can lie calmly. The specialist applies the paste by hand and takes the hair out in the direction of growth — section by section, over the whole zone; that way the hair comes out by the root and grows in less.
- At the endWhat's left of the paste wipes off with water — nothing sticky stays — and a soothing product goes on the skin. The skin is smooth that very minute; any light redness fades in 15–20 minutes.

Before your visit
Three things before you come
- Keep the razor away from your back, belly and buttocks for 10–14 days before the visit — the paste needs 0.3–0.5 cm of hair. Longer? That's fine — we'll handle it on the spot.
- On the morning of your visit, leave your body without lotion, cream or oil — the paste sticks poorly to oily skin, but on dry skin it takes the hair cleanly.
- For neck, shoulder and back sugaring, tie long hair up — the neck and shoulders should be free.
After the procedure
What happens next
- That day, wear loose cotton clothing; sauna, tanning bed and gym — from tomorrow.
- After 2–3 days, treat the back, belly and buttocks with a gentle scrub twice a week — that way new hair comes through freely and doesn't get trapped under the skin.
- Along with the hair, the paste takes dead skin cells too — so the skin on the back and shoulders feels softer to the touch.
- Smooth skin lasts 3–4 weeks, and on every next visit the hair grows back finer and sparser.
Does it work on light or gray hair?
Yes — exactly as on dark hair. Sugar paste takes the hair from the root, and color makes no difference; a laser, on the other hand, can't see light or gray hair.
Does back and belly sugaring hurt?
It's different for everyone, but on the back, shoulders and belly the feeling is much milder than on the bikini area. The most delicate spots here are the chest line and the nipples — slightly sensitive the first time, then the hair gets finer and the feeling fades.
