Three steps — and you're done
- PreparationThe specialist puts on fresh gloves in front of you and cleanses the skin — that way the paste grips the hair better.
- PasteRoom-temperature sugar paste is spread on the skin by hand and takes the hair in the direction of growth — so the hair doesn't break and doesn't stay under the skin.
- FinishingWhat's left of the paste rinses off with water — nothing stays on the skin. Finally a soothing product, and you're free to go.
Before your visit
How to prepare
- The hair should be 0.3–0.5 cm — don't shave for 10–14 days before the visit. Longer? No matter — the specialist will sort it out on the spot.
- No cream or oil on the day of your visit — the paste grips the hair better.
- It's fine during your period too — with a tampon. The skin is more sensitive on those days, so if you can, book for after your period.
After the procedure
The first 24 hours
- Sauna, bathhouse, tanning bed and intense sport — wait one day.
- Don't wear tight synthetic underwear that day — cotton is better.
- After 2–3 days, a gentle scrub twice a week — that way the hair doesn't grow in under the skin.
Result
Smooth skin for 3–4 weeks
Sugar paste takes the hair out by the root, so the new hair grows back finer and sparser. With regular visits — every 3–4 weeks — the zone gradually becomes less sensitive.
Is it OK during my period?
Yes, your period is no obstacle — arms, legs, face and underarms are done as usual, and deep bikini with a tampon. Sensitivity is slightly higher on those days, so if you're not in a hurry, move the visit by a few days.
Is it OK during pregnancy?
Yes, sugaring is fine during pregnancy — the paste is made of natural ingredients (sugar, lemon, water), is at room temperature and doesn't burn the skin. We'll find you a comfortable position, start with a small zone if you wish, and take breaks.
When should I come next?
Usually in 3–4 weeks — as soon as the hair reaches 0.3–0.5 cm again. Don't shave in between: that way the hair grows evenly and every next visit is easier.
Does bikini sugaring hurt?
The bikini area is the most sensitive zone, and the first time the feeling is a bit strong. From the second or third visit the hair gets finer and the procedure goes much more easily.
