Your data when you book sugaring
When you book, we ask only for what we really need — your name, phone, branch, zones and time. Why we want it, who sees it and how to delete it — here it is in plain words, without the legal language.
What we ask for when you book
You don't need an account or a password, and there's no prepayment — so we don't take card details. Only what we need for the visit:
- Your name and phone number — so we know who we're expecting and can reach you if anything changes.
- Branch, zones and time — what you choose yourself.
- A comment — only if you want us to know something in advance.
Why we need it
Only so that we're ready for you at the agreed time and everything is set up for you:
- A record in the salon's booking system — that's how your time is reserved and the specialist knows who is coming and for which zones.
- A code by SMS when you book — to make sure the number is really yours. A confirmation SMS — so you know everything is booked.
- A reminder before the visit — so you don't forget.
Who sees it
We never sell your name or number and never pass them on for advertising. On the site we count how many people visited and booked, with no names or numbers. To measure our advertising we use the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram): it tells Meta about the visit and the booking, also without your name or number.
The record is seen only by those who need it for the job — and nobody else:
- The salon's managers and specialists — they see who is coming, when and for which zones.
- The booking system, where the record and the visit history are kept.
- The SMS service — so the code and the confirmation reach your phone.
- The hosting — the server the site runs on.
How long we keep it and how to delete it
For as long as we need the record and the visit history — that way, next time the specialist already knows which zones you had and when, and you don't have to explain anything from scratch.
