Underarm sugaring
Underarms are the quickest zone — both at once, in one go. Sugar paste takes the hair out by the root, so the skin darkens less than with a razor and there are fewer ingrown hairs.

How it goes
Shorter than a coffee break
- Arm upA fresh single-use sheet on the couch. You put your arm behind your head so the skin is taut; the specialist cleanses the underarm and puts on fresh gloves in front of you.
- Sugar pasteRoom-temperature paste — only sugar, water and lemon — is applied by hand and takes the hair out in the direction of growth, root and all: it doesn't burn and doesn't break the hair. Dead skin cells come off with it too, like a light peel.
- And that's itFinally the skin is wiped with water — the paste is sugar and dissolves without a trace. Any redness fades in 15–20 minutes, and you go straight on with your day.
Deodorant
Before your visit — and 24 hours after
- Don't put on deodorant on the day of your visit — no cream or oil either. The paste holds far better on clean skin.
- Put the razor aside for 10–14 days so the hair grows to 0.3–0.5 cm — that's exactly the length the paste needs. Longer? No matter, we'll sort it out on the spot.
- For 24 hours after the procedure — either an alcohol-free deodorant or nothing at all. Give intense workouts, sauna and the tanning bed a day off too.
- It's fine during your period, and during pregnancy too — if in doubt, ask your doctor first.
Instead of the razor
Why the underarm darkens less
After shaving, the underarm often darkens and looks like a shadow. After sugaring — far less: the hair comes out by the root, no stubble stays on the surface, and the skin is cleared of dead cells too.
There are fewer ingrown hairs as well — the paste takes the hair in the direction of growth without breaking it, so the new hair comes through freely. And sweating doesn't increase: sugaring removes only the hair.
Rhythm
Once every 3–4 weeks — and you're always smooth
The underarm stays smooth for 3–4 weeks, and the new hair grows back finer and sparser. If you come regularly — every 3–4 weeks — each next visit is easier.
After 2–3 days add a gentle scrub, twice a week — the skin stays even and the hair comes through without growing in.
When should I come next?
Usually in 3–4 weeks — as soon as the hair reaches 0.3–0.5 cm again. Don't shave in between: that way the hair grows evenly and every next visit is easier.
Does underarm sugaring hurt?
The underarm is a sensitive zone, but a small one. The first time it stings a little, on later visits far less: the hair gets finer every time.
Can I use deodorant?
Before your visit — no, the paste holds better on clean skin. For 24 hours after the procedure — either alcohol-free or nothing at all; from the next day, back to normal.
Will I sweat more?
No. Sugaring removes only the hair and has no effect on sweating — we get asked this often, and the answer is always the same.
Won't my skin darken?
Compared with a razor — far less: the hair comes out by the root, no stubble stays, and the skin is cleared of dead cells too.
